Installation

Do you need some extra help installing your new furniture or electronics? Coogans helpful delivery team can assist but it comes at an additional cost. If you require anything on top of our standard Coogans Delivery (0-25km - $50, 26-40km - $70) simply call 1300 COOGANS (that's 1300 266 426).

Our installation and other delivery services are detailed below;

TV installations attract the appropriate Delivery Charge PLUS the following:

Standard Installation Charge for TVs 50” and smaller (1 man delivery): $20

Standard Installation Charge for TVs 51” and larger (2 man delivery): $40

Standard Installation Charge includes Tabletop Installation - Connect aerial & tune, connect to existing Wi-Fi network + connect up to 2 existing audio/video devices e.g. Foxtel, Blu-ray, Soundbar.  NOTE: Customer must supply cables.  However, Coogans can supply cables at an additional cost.

Additional Charges:

  • Connect additional existing video device to TV $10 per device
  • Connect new video device to TV $10 per device
  • Connect new audio device (Soundbar/Home Theatre) to TV $20
  • Additional cables as per requirement. Payable by Credit Card prior to installation commencing on the day.

e.g.: Customer buys 55” TV, Bluray player and Soundbar, has Foxtel already

$50 deliv + $40 install + $10 new device + $20 audio device = $120

Other AV Installations including new Soundbar or new Home Theatres to existing TVs by quote.  Min $90

Furniture Assembly (In Home) attracts the appropriate Delivery Charge PLUS the following:

Beds, Pre-assembled beds, Dining settings etc. $50

Bunks, Storage Beds, Wardrobes, Desks etc. by quote by assembly dept. dependent on time to build. Min $100

Additional Charges:

  • Steep Access $20
  • Double Storey $40
  • Dirt Road access $20 (truck cleaning)
  • Basic disassembly of furniture (e.g. remove legs from table), remove whitegoods handles $40
  • Assembly of Beds, Pre-assembled beds, Dining settings $50
  • Removal of goods that are being replaced like-for-like, $20 tip fee.

The customer is responsible to have goods ready for removal from the home.  All due care is given; however, we are not liable for damages resulting from liquid, rust or other markings from removed products.

Incorrect delivery details advised (e.g. standard Vs non-standard): Appropriate charges + $10 surcharge. Goods to remain on truck until customer has paid balance via Credit Card.
