Web Store Delivery

There are 3 ways to receive your items;

In store pickup from our warehouse located at 51 Hopkins Street, Moonah OR from our Hobart store at 79 Collins Street. When purchasing via our website select In-Store Pickup and head to your selected store with your invoice. You will need all your order information and photo ID with you when you come to collect your item/s.
 
Coogans Delivery for large items. Items like fridges, TVs and beds are delivered via our own Coogans trucks.  When you're purchasing via our website when you get to check out select Coogans Delivery. You must enter your suburb and postcode correctly. If you need installation or removal of your old item these come at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details - if incorrect delivery details have been advised your goods will remain on the truck until you have paid the balance of delivery fees via credit card.

If you are outside of our Standard Delivery zone radius zone (0-25km - $50, 26-40km - $70) please call us on 1300 COOGANS and we can help you organise delivery via another carrier.

FastWay send our smaller items like toasters and video games. We can send these items anywhere in Tasmania (excluding islands).  When purchasing via our website select FastWay at the checkout to have your item delivered. Items which weigh more than 22kg are delivered by Coogans Delivery.

Orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday. If your order comes in after our daily processing cut off time it will be processed on the next available business day.

In Store Delivery

There are 2 ways to receive your items;

In store pickup from our warehouse located at 51 Hopkins Street, Moonah OR from our Hobart store at 79 Collins Street. When purchasing in store simply inform your Coogans Sales Team representative that you would like to pick up the item yourself. After you finalise the sale go to the warehouse collection point with your invoice. You will need all your order information and photo ID with you when you come to collect your item/s.
 
Coogans Delivery for large items. Items like fridges, TVs and beds are delivered via our own Coogans trucks.  When purchasing in store simply inform your Coogans Sales Team representative that you would liike to have the item/s delivered. If you need installation or removal of your old item these come at an additional cost. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details - if incorrect delivery details have been advised your goods will remain on the truck until you have paid the balance of delivery fees via credit card.
